Flash/ Pre-Drawn Design Booking Form

This page is for requesting appointments for my Flash or Original pre-drawn designs (scroll for image gallery). If you’d like me to draw a custom design for you (NOT one of my designs below), please submit this form here instead.

I require a deposit of $75 to secure an appointment time and compensate for my time spent designing the tattoo. This deposit goes towards the final cost of your tattoo. This deposit is NON-Refundable, even in the event of an emergency. I accept deposits via Venmo, Cash App, and Paypal, or you can pay in person with Cash. You can find my payment information here.

All Flash and Original Designs can be found in the scrolling galleries below. Flash designs CAN be repeated, Original designs are ONE TIME ONLY and are first come, first served. Once claimed, they can only be tattooed once on the person that claimed them.
